Don Joos is a creative leader with a proven track record of building and modernizing businesses through mergers, acquisitions, and innovative growth. He is a central driving force for global companies and works to consistently deliver customer, stakeholder, and shareholder value.
Don served as President and CEO at TPx Communications and previously had the same role at PGi, both Siris portfolio companies. He worked his way from Vice President of Global Services to ShoreTel’s President and CEO during a six-year tenure. Previously, he was Vice President of Global Services at Avaya.
Steve Wagner serves as the President of ACRE Americas. Prior to joining the ACRE Group, Steve was the founder of Cartwright Partners LLC, where he coached C-level executives of global enterprises through growth and acquisition strategy, as well as business management. Calling on this experience, Steve came out of retirement to join the ACRE family, acting as the interim President of Open Options during its acquisition in 2019.
Steve has more than 30 years of industry experience and held a number of senior leadership positions at HID Global. He was also instrumental in building the Checkpoint Systems Access Control Group, formerly Sielox, and served as the President of Mercury Security for seven years. Steve remains an investor and owner in ACRE.
Ms. Sawdon joined ACRE in 2016 as Chief Accounting Officer and also serves as Chief Financial Officer of ACRE Operating Group.
Coreen is a Certified Public Accountant who spent 13 years in public accounting with E & Y, Coopers & Lybrand and Arthur Andersen before launching out into private industry where she became CFO of CG Technology, formerly known as Cantor Gaming, and CFO of Shuffle Master, Inc., a $200m NASDAQ company with operations throughout North America, Europe and Asia. In addition to being a catalyst for improving profitability and growth, she has extensive experience in leading IPOs, secondary offerings, debt refinancing and as an expert in establishing Sarbanes Oxley infrastructure and compliance systems.
Coreen has a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Pepperdine University and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant, in addition to being a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Will O’Donnell serves as Chief Information Officer for ACRE and has more than 20 years of IT experience across multiple industries nationally and internationally.
O’Donnell is experienced in delivering robust IT strategies in high-growth companies while focusing on innovation and service improvement in a customer-first world. A seasoned leader who strives to empower team members to deliver beyond expectation, he drives consistent business value through integrated IT experiences.
Before joining ACRE, O’Donnell served as Head of Information Technology at Vanderbilt and Head of IT Infrastructure and Application Management at Lidl Ireland.
Mark Roberts serves as ACRE’s CMO responsible for all marketing operations worldwide, driving growth opportunities and building brand recognition for the company within the security market. A proven marketing leader, Mark has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry building brands, driving demand and transforming high-tech companies. Mark served as CMO for several companies, both private and public. Mark earned his Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Leicester.
Serra Luck leads the global commercial transformation and user experience-centric engagement at ACRE. In her previous roles, Serra architected organizational designs that led to sustainable growth; she has been in the field across various commercial roles for 30 years which enabled her to lead from the front with teams she has built from the ground up.
Serra served in the technology and security space with tenures at Siemens and Oracle, and was Vice President Commercial Excellence for the Physical Access Control business at HID Global prior to joining ACRE.
She describes herself as a curious learner, a pragmatic thinker and an advocate of simplicity, and utilizes these to the advancement of customer engagements every day. Serra holds an MBA degree with focus on International Management and an undergraduate in Statistics, and speaks English, German and Turkish.
Harm Radstaak joined ACRE in October 2021 and serves as President of ACRE International. In addition, Harm leads the global strategic planning process for ACRE and helps define and lead strategic initiatives, which include M&A, transformation, partnerships.
Harm has a track record of successfully growing global businesses organically as well as acquisitively in the security industry with over 25 years’ experience.
Harm has led strategic business transformation and innovation projects at a global level throughout his career. He has led multi-disciplinary teams, implemented strategies that have embraced disruption as leverage and orchestrated organizational design across substantially large P&L’s. These have resulted in major shifts in the go to market across hardware, software and cloud offerings in the security industry.
Prior to joining ACRE, Harm served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Physical Access Control business at HID Global.
Christoph Donich joined ACRE in September 2022 and serves as lead for Corporate Development. He has over 20 years of experience in Global Corporate Development, Financial Operations, and Portfolio Management in multiple industries: IT Software/Hardware/Automation/Manufacturing, Biotech/Life Sciences, Banking, and Management Consulting.
Prior to joining ACRE, Donich held the position of Finance Director/Divisional CFO of Emerging Technologies with LAM Research in Silicon Valley, CA. Throughout his career he has held many positions with global Fortune 500 companies (IBM, MasterCard, Pfizer, & Siemens) accelerating sustainable change and growth. Leveraging depth of knowledge in business strategy and financial management, he has cross-functionally facilitated business concerns in their journey through various transformational stages: Pre- and Post-IPO, Pre- and Post-Merger, and Corporate Restructuring.
Donich achieved his MBA in Banking and Finance and Masters of Information Systems Management from Case Western Reserve University, and Undergrad from the University of Cincinnati.
